Please welcome Mercedes De Los Santos, who focuses her practice in representing employers and carriers in Workers’ Compensation cases in our Miami office location. Mrs. De Los Santos graduated from University of Florida College of Law in 1953 and has exclusively practiced Workers’ Compensation for the past 29 years. Mrs. De Los Santos is licensed to practice in state courts throughout Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a certified Circuit Court Mediator focusing in the resolution of Workers’ Compensation disputes. She is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar and the Cuban American Bar Association. She is a past lecturer at the Workers’ Compensation Certification Review course and has participated as a faculty member in the sections trial advocacy seminar.
